Their program provides a 120-day residential substance dependent treatment program primarily for women with their children, a childrens program, an eight month AfterCare program and up to two years in a transition home. Theirr three (3) transitional houses in Santa Rosa provide safe places for WRS residents to continue their recovery with the support of one another and WRS staff. These homes, with confidential addresses, are located in residential neighborhoods to accommodate up to four women and their infants and young children. Each week their Transitional House Case Manager meets with them in their homes, to help with the challenges of daily living in recovery, to address concerns and to assist them in working together for their ongoing recovery. Theirr Parenting Educator also meets at home with residents to provide support, ongoing classes and individualized problem solving for parenting in recovery.


Mission Statement: To break the cycle of addiction for women in a safe residential setting, allowing them and their young children to live together while learning the life skills necessary to become strong, responsible contributors in their communities.

Services: Substance abuse treatment services, Substance abuse treatment, Halfway house, Residential short-term treatment (30 days or less), Residential long-term treatment (more than 30 days)

Fees: Sliding fee scale (fee is based on income and other factors)
