WSO House is a special place to learn how to live in long term Recovery Residents can afford their $1000.00 per month fee with their mandatory job,(sliding scale in special circumstances and  financial information) always with self sufficiency as a goal. They assist by offering a job search training class, and rides to bus stop morning and evening The $400 deposit is refundable to the person who paid it, if resident complete minimum 90 day program. Maximum stay is one year, but House Manager training and advancement is available. Maintaining sobriety and learning valuable life skills are supported by; mandatory in-house 12-step meeting and out of house meetings, verifiable work with sponsor on 12-step work, morning meditation, random UA testing and a weekly Life-skills class that covers; financial management, relational and family wellness, stress management, nutritional management, daily house chores, weekly progress meeting. They offer; e-cig/vapor outside the house but no smoking, Natural Supplements, Aromatherapy, Sleep Hygiene consultation for insomnia, children's daytime visits, level system and curfew, security camera and lock system, their location is kept off all marketing materials as well as privacy protected. They are not a counseling or medical facility, but they do allow psych meds for dual diagnosis and suboxone and vivitrol step down- all psych medications are in lock box and administered by the resident themselves. Suboxone is secured in House safe and administered by resident. Residents have access to weekly Individual and/or Family counseling sessions with the Licensed Addiction Counselor and Director; LoReacy Moses MHR,LCDC  off-site office at their IOP partners Grace Counseling and SONTX, as well as referrals to any needed community resources such as: health, mental health, legal, financial , progress reports to CPS and Probation/ Parole if needed. Additional fees apply to Counseling and IOP, other services at additional charges may include: Equine Therapy, Nutritional counseling, Yoga, Pilates. Learning to be self sufficient is essential for residents, therefore they hold them accountable for their: Job search, House chores, Meetings and Counseling sessions and most importantly volunteering for service work by; mentoring new residents, learning to work with prospects, community service volunteer work. 'carry the message' and building a sober network. WSO is located in South Denton/Corinth area, with a bus stop close by, just miles from NCTC, TWU, and UNT, Within blocks of bus,hair/nail salons, gym, banks restaurants , groceries, gas station. The A-train connects to Dallas and Ft Worth transit.
