Hope House of Manitowoc County (formerly Lakeshore Interfaith Hospitality Network) is an available resource for one or two parent families with children who are currently homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless because of their current housing situation. If you are in this situation or know someone who is, HHMC may be able to help. HHMC provides shelter, meals, support, and case management in a caring environment for 30 days to assist families on a transitional basis. During this time, guests ideally are able to address the issues which brought them to their homeless situation and work on reestablishing their independence.
Mission Statement: The mission of Hope House of Manitowoc County is to empower homeless families and individuals to progress toward self-sufficiency, one household at a time.
