We offer support to veterans, seniors and persons in need of transitional housing. We are committed to accommodating housing needs when society falls short in providing appropriate support to individuals with significant needs from living in local communities with social acceptance key to community development. At Veteran's Progress & Recovery Services we are committed to ending homelessness. Transitional housing is supportive housing that helps fight the homeless problem in today's society. Transitional housing is generally for a limited time period, and stays can last from 12 - 24 months and possibly longer. Veteran's Progress & Recovery Services can assist veterans, seniors and people in need of this support. ELIGIBILITY: Must be over the age of 30 to apply RATES: Starting at $750FEE:$35 application fee Amenities: All bills paidFully furnished (shared rooms)Flat screen TV with cable access24 hour exterior security camerasGuest seating areaFull-size kitchenDining table and chairsFree standard and internet accessHome telephoneWasher and dryerBus line within walking distanceSpacious backyardQuarterly tenant assessmentsMeal plans availableMedication managementMedical transportation available Prices are subject to change if resident requires extensive care.
