Refused to give my son his TV when they asked him to leave. This is theft. My understanding, you can get asked to leave by vote of the tenants so not a stable place to live. At least in a lease from an apartment, you can go thru a process so you are not put out on the street at a drop of the hat, leaving someone homeless.
