HopeSpring is a 12 month program for women with children who are homeless or in unstable housing, and in recovery for chemical dependency and/or are survivors of domestic violence. Families are encouraged and supported in their efforts to become financially self-sufficient and to strengthen family relationships. HopeSpring applicants must be referred by an agency or other caseworker.
