The Rescue Mission is a faith-based, nonprofit, multiple-service, charitable organization serving Utica and the Mohawk Valley. im homeless woman living in a motel room since march 19,2020. I cant seem to find the right person to help me. Im getting the run around because im trying my best and working. Im a front line worker thats been left homeless because of covid19 and refused to quit my job. The onieda county dss couldnt help me because i work. I cant afford to keep living here in a motel and im gonna be forced to living back in my car where i started its cold out. Each day is a struggle chose pay for a warm bed or get items needed for living food,personal items,a warm coat or boats and gloves and cloths for work.. let alone anything special for me.
