Transitional Housing Program (THP) in Reseda
Available to individuals who may benefit from the support of living with others in recovery
Program is free to those that qualify
Transitional Housing is generally for a limited time period. Stays can be from 60 days to 365 days.
Transitional Housing provides people help after a crisis such as homelessness or domestic violence
They have 6 transitional living houses conveniently located within close proximity to each of their Tarzana Treatment Centers in Reseda
All genders are welcome. They are TRANS-INCLUSIVE.
Criteria are as follows: Proof of Los Angeles County Resident, Proof of HIV+/AIDS Diagnosis, Proof of Homelessness, Proof of Low Income (SSI/GR), Proof of TB Clearance
