The Transitional Housing provides funds for the construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation of residential housing for low-income individuals and families having an immediate need for temporary or transitional housing. The Transitional housing programs play an important part in many communities as they aid people struggling to get back on their feet. THP help people in your community make the transition to living on their own.

Services: Mix of mental health and substance abuse services, Substance abuse treatment, Halfway house, Residential long-term treatment (more than 30 days)

Insurances: Self payment, Medicaid, Medicare, State financed insurance (other than Medicaid), Private health insurance
