Southern Promises provides safe, clean, and affordable housing designed to support individuals in their journey toward independence. They offer both private and shared rooms for short-term stays or a longer-term.  Their community-focused environment offers a range of services and amenities to ensure comfort, security, and personal growth. Amenities include: ● Private and shared rooms ● Drug-free environment ● Fully furnished accommodations ● Utilities included ● On-site laundry ● Wi-Fi access ● 24/7 surveillance for added security ● Social activities to build connections ● Job search assistance ● Convenient access to public transportation ● On-site housing manager for support ● Life skills training ● Health & wellness advocacy ● Digital literacy programs ● Case management services ● No credit check Costs start at $700 per month. A non-refundable fee of $250 is required and a $45 fee for Criminal Background (refundable if the application is approved only). Applicants must provide proof of income. LES, Paystubs, SSI, SSDI, and Community Vouchers are accepted, but proof of income is required. Fixed income applicants are welcome.
