They offer both private and shared rooms for short-term stays or a longer-term. Costs start at $700 per month. A non-refundable fee of $250 is required and a $45 fee for Criminal Background (refundable if the application is approved only). Applicants must provide proof of income. LES, Paystubs, SSI, SSDI, and Community Vouchers are accepted, but proof of income is required. Fixed income applicants are welcome.
