South East Texas Management Network (SETMN) is a model program for the state of Texas and is the only Network Management Organization in the state of Texas. SETMN is unique in that the entire HHSC Region 5 area that includes 15 counties from Jefferson County to Nacogdoches County is served by subcontracting Prevention, Intervention and Treatment services with 9 different Providers operating more than 38 programs.
