The Entry fee to the house is $460 it covers the first two weeks of rent and $120 of the $460 goes towards drug screens this is a one time fee . The weekly rent after that is $170 payable on Fridays. The locations of the houses are South Nashville off Nolensville Road in between 440 and Thompson Ln. and West Nashville by Nashville west. Which house someone goes to is dependent on availability. They do Random drug testing. The Houses have all the amenities: washers and dryers, cable TV, Internet ,and Wi-Fi.  The guys are responsible for there own food. Each house has an individual house manager that lives on site; rooms have single or twin beds most guys like to get a set of sheets and a comforter and pillow. All residents have a roommate. They require that the guys go to at least five outside meetings a week and they also have two in house meetings a week at the house. They require the guys to do daily chores and have a curfew 11 oclock during the week 12 o'clock on the weekends. A complete list rules and regulations can be found on the website.
