The Shoulder is a non-profit, faith-based treatment center that meets the needs of those affected by substance abuse. Their programs are certified by the Alabama Department of Mental Health.They serve men and women in outpatient programs and men only in residential programs. All treatment is provided at their campus in Spanish Fort, Alabama.
