Bridgeway is a 13 bed residential transitional living program for homeless women with children located in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
They can serve 4-6 families at any given time.
Assists mothers and their families to find stability before, during, and after their stay.
The program is unique in that they require case management and other programming as a condition of residency.
Bridgeway’s residential program serves single women with children who are homeless or living in unsafe or unstable environments.
Mothers and their children can stay at Bridgeway for up to two years.
