drug/homelessness

Almost 2.5 years. On again off again relationship because of no boundaries with his mother which causes fighting between me and my bf. My daughter and I feel unwanted and we are only allowed cash based upon his decision that day. Would like all 3 of us to remain a family but unsure

I do. I've been here 3 years. It has been terrible. The case managers stay about a month and quit. Case management services are very incompetent. One time I went above and beyond to stay in compliance and still managed to get threatened with eviction for non compliance. They do not do any investigations. Literally every little thing that they assume you might be doing or have done to violate your lease your children included they threaten to evict you in 10 days if it isn't fixed. If it's something that you didn't even do it doesn't matter there is no dispute resolution procedure for tenant to tenant disputes or tenant to management disputes. If it is something that is lacking on their end and is a hazard they do not follow up in the 10 days to make sure the hazard is cleared up. I currently had someone try to break into my unit 3 weeks ago and still have glass protruding from my window that can cut my children or me at any time. I am also about to be evicted for non payment of rent but haven't had to have a case manager they said so they aren't even aware of my domestic violence situation and the management is so crappy when they go to speak to you that I doubt that is even want to talk to them if my unit caught on fire let alone anything else.
