Note: This home is in direct violation of the The Tara Plantation Covenants and restrictions. Homesites in Tara Plantation are to be used for single family use, not a transient drug and alcohol rehabilitation center.

Replying to the guy who is mad about the idea of the house being used for transitional housing! I don't see anything wrong with it and of more people like you would mind there own business and your own household the world would be a better place! So find something else to argue about or go do some yard work or something as long as it's not on your property and no one is bothering you please just sit down and shut up! Thanks

My understanding is that this type of housing is fully protected under the Federal Fair Housing Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. There's nothing you can do as these protections override any covenants and/or local zoning laws and are ultimately protected through the US Department of Justice. Best thing to do is be welcoming to those seeking recovery. :)

Great location as this home is in the front of Tara Plantation neighborhood and right across the street from many businesses you can walk to for work!
