Safe Harbor House is a supported housing program offered to men who are serious about maintaining an alcohol-and drug-free lifestyle, and who are willing to devote a portion of their time and talents to positively influence their neighborhood and community through biblically-centered intentional living and outreach. Safe Harbor House is joint effort of Edward & Willa Kelly Community Collaborative, Inc. & Sure Foundation Ministries to improve the lives of families and neighborhoods that suffer from the effects of drug and alcohol abuse by increasing the positive, biblical influence that men have on each other, within their families, and in their neighborhood..
