Services are provided Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The office is closed in observance of State Holidays. Special arrangements may be made for after hour services. Services are based on a sliding fee schedule that is determined by family size and income. Medicaid, Medicare, CHIPS, and private insurances are accepted.
