We were actually surprised to learn that this is a faith based organization. We have never seen or heard anyone or anything referencing God or anything religious or religion oriented at this facility. We hear a lot of profanity, alot fighting and bickering amongst the staff, a lot of disrespect, a lot unprofessionalism, blatant and wanton disregard for families and quality of life. We see a lot illegal surveillance, surveillance abuse, citizen corps/inraguard/e-guardian surveillance abuse programs. That's the only thing these people seem to be motivated to do. As is the new norm for these non-profit Department of Homeless Services, and city/government funded organizations. If you're seeking help, this is NOT the place... We can't even get heat consistently here during the winter! There's black mold, sinking crumbling floors, half the building does not have the ability to cook their own meals and are fed city provided t.v dinners and sandwiches. There's a lot of mail and package theft by the staff at this facility. I can go on and on... If you have a choice, PLEASE DON'T CHOOSE THIS FACILITY.
