They do NOT accept sex or arson offenses. They DO accept individuals that are on monitors. Six month minimum stay. Reaching Out Ministry is a faith base ministry and will provide services ex-offenders when they are released, job placement leads, personal hygiene's and clothing. Services offered are, Life Skills, Spiritual Enrichment, Bible Study, NA/AA 12 Steps, One on One site Counseling and Anger Management.
