Transitional / Shared Housing Community.
Transitional housing for individuals who are experiencing homelessness, at-risk for homelessness, or who may suffer from mental illness but can function within an independent setting.
They offer residents a clean environment and informational resources to encourage job development training, on-going education, and employment.
They provide 2-3 person room options.
Eligibility:
Person experiencing homelessness or at-risk for homelessness,
Suffer from mental illness
Male and female individuals ages 18 and up
Per availability, they can accommodate older individuals in lower level units
Individuals on medication should be med compliant
Capacity to function independently
Cost:
Beds starting at $775 to $825 for a 2 person room.
