Project ADAM is CARF certified to provide ASAM Level III.I residential treatment to any male age 19 or older who is seeking help for overcoming a substance abuse problem or is court-ordered to one year of residential treatment. Their residential treatment program is a minimum of 12 months and includes group/individual therapy, family therapy, trauma therapy, anger management, Moral Reconciliation Therapy, support group meetings, job coaching, budgeting, relapse prevention planning and transition to independent living. Clients must call for an initial interview or fill out their online questionnaire.  Based on eligibility and bed space, they will contact you with further instructions.   Clients who are currently receiving disability, have sex offenses or violent offenses on their criminal record, or are unable to maintain employment are not eligible for entry to Project ADAM.

  • What is the staff-to-resident ratio? This will give you an idea of how much support you can expect from staff.
  • What is the success rate of the program? How many residents have gone on to achieve permanent housing and self-sufficiency?
  • What are the cultural competency practices of the program? Is the program staffed by people who are culturally competent and able to meet the needs of a diverse range of residents?
  • How does the program ensure the safety and security of residents? What safety measures are in place?
  • What is the process for resolving disputes? Is there a clear and fair process for resolving disputes between residents and staff?

Right next door at Advantage Behavioral Health, we have couches and chairs available for free. We had someone donate some that were a little better. If you can use them in you Transitional housing or anywhere please help yourself.
