This house was one of the best things to ever happen for me. saved my life would be an understatement. Provided the stability, security, opportunity for me to flourish in my recovery and be a dad again. Oxford as a whole is amazing. With any transitional housing, especially with recovery and the nature of the disease, people come and go due to relapses, legal, successful recovery and moving on, etc... so the dynamic of any one house can change on the regular. But the basics of how it is operated (democratically, by its members) will always stay consistent . I began being of service with my house, and then at a chapter level, and partake in some state level events. I have learned so much about myself and how help others in recovery. I am still a member of this house, and will always have beautiful things to say about Willamette falls house and oxford.
