Hello I'm reaching out in regard to your 1458 oriental Ave Oxford. I'm a neighboring house my mother lives next door. And they receive a bad rap from the elderly which I know of the people have complained they are retired old and miserable and complain about everyone and everything even other houses in the neighborhood, the gentlemen who live in that house are upstanding men and helped my mom move some stuff when she first got there and they are always cautious and attentive on where they park and what they do. I've never once heard any loud noises or commotion from that house and once again the men who live there are very kind and considerate, despite what some angry old retired bored people say half of it is way over exaggerated and some people have nothing better to do. They even help my mom bring in her trash. Anyway I'm very pleased with these men in this house because we didn't know what to expect, God bless what this company stands for and God bless this house and everyone in it sincerely, Gina.
