My problem is I live right across the street from this house. The city R1 zoning only allows for 4 not 9 in this house. You are in violation of the city zoning if you allow 9 to live here. What happens if one of the occupants relapses and drug items are left in the front yard? There are a lot of small children in the neighborhood that could be affected in a very negative way.
Have you used a transitional housing resource before?
Have you used this locations services before? What is your opinion of it?
Do you have any experience with the office personnel? How were they?
Do they take ex felons?
