OCCHC is a non-profit organization whose mission is to transition extremely low income families to greater self-sufficiency by assisting with housing and education. OCCHC takes a holistic approach to breaking the cycle of poverty by providing a direct path from homelessness to homeownership. The provision of stable housing and free wrap around services for families in need increases the social, cultural & financial capital needed to step up to break the generational cycle of poverty.
