This is regarding the Oxford Recovery House at 18012 South East Mill Court Portland, OR - 97233 - AGAIN. The bass in their cars is too loud. Those obnoxious bass sound waves from amplified subwoofers can be heard and felt in surrounding homes  within a 1/4 to a 1/2 mile radius. Even when the volume is turned down.

Oxford House New Dawn PROBLEMS: Inadequate parking. They park on the lawn and at neighbor’s homes, sometimes blocking their mailboxes and leave the neighbors with nowhere to park. Often the bass from their vehicles is too loud - for long periods of time. This happens frequently. This has been going on for as long as that has been an Oxford House- NEARLY 10 YEARS! The problems have been reported and are never resolved. There are many other suitable properties. This one is not suitable or appropriate.
