Transitional Housing ProgramThe Transitional Living Program provides a safe and stable home for youth transitioning out of foster care or those youth who are homeless, between the ages of 18 and 21.
The Bridge ProgramProvides emergency shelters for confirmed cases of abused and neglected children.
These children are provided with shelter, clothing, food mental health assessments, counseling, education, advocacy and recreation.
The children can stay for up to 90 days.

11:00 am to 11:00 pm Monday - Friday24 hours daily for emergency
