Residential Rehabilitation
This Roots of Recovery program is for women with current DUI and/or drug-related convictions. Some eligible women will be court ordered to receive treatment or under the supervision of the Tennessee Board of Probation and Parole Non-medical low-intensity residential treatment program that typically lasts four to six weeks Includes 24 hour monitoring, comprehensive assessment and individualized treatment planningIntensive Outpatient
For women who have a stable living situation and may benefit from receiving intensive treatment four days a week Features comprehensive assessment and planning, trauma-informed individual and group counseling, intensive case management and substance and relapse prevention in a non-residential setting for as long as clinically appropriateOutpatient For women who have a stable living situation and benefit from long-term recovery aftercare services Includes weekly individual counseling as neededTransitional Housing
The Residential Treatment Center serves women who are currently free from substance use, at-risk for relapse without a stable living situation or are re-entering society from incarceration

The Freedom Recovery Community is a permanent housing complex near downtown Nashville offering 20 apartments to single women and women with children diagnosed with substance abuse addiction and/or mental illness. This unique community offers safe affordable housing combined with a continuum of recovery support services offered on-site including family counseling, prevision services and job support.
