Next Step Recovery House for Men offers a transitional living program for men ages 18 and older who are recovering from alcohol and substance abuse. Applicants must be sober for at least 30 days prior to entering the program. The living arrangements are provided within a homelike environment. Residents will be required to participate in community activities and to develop their own 12 step program goals as well as attend meetings throughout the week. Have you used a transitional housing resource before?

No it has been a part of my recovery plan I felt I needed to do, but never did.  Where i live there is no housing like this not a strong 12 step program

my son is getting out of prison in about 2 weeks he needs a place to live because I am out of state he was in prison for 2 years he was in there for drug charges.how does he go about getting in the halfway house.thank you for any info you can give me.
