Midland Fair Havens is addressing the need for a transition from homelessness to productive community living for single mothers and children currently residing in emergency shelters or unsatisfactory housing.
The focus of the program is to provide housing up to 24 months coupled with support and life skills building.
This allows time to learn and practice life skills and discipline in a supportive environment.
Support services include independent living skills, budgeting, financial planning, vocational and educational assessment, parenting skills, counseling, and knowledge of community services.
