I know for a fact the houses you have on Knapp ave in morehead KY have people doing drugs. I know one of the houses has a guy that has face tattoos that have tried to break into a house. One of the guys threatened my neighbor. Why the HELL would you put these houses in a family neighborhood. You need to end your leases and move these people somewhere out of city limits. I am sure some people recover from drugs but I also know how many times people relapse. These houses need to go ASAP.
