My little brother has been in and out of jail/prison and boys homes since he was 17. He has past of drug addiction. He has been locked up for so long, he has no idea how to be civilian in today's world outside of bars. I wish when he was released they sent him to a halfway house or something. Just looking for a place for him to get on his feet. He has no money, vehicle, or etc.
