J & L Community Living. a DBA by J & L Property Transformations, provides transitional and long-term housing for veterans, persons recovering from substance abuse, and young adults aging out of foster care. Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older Minimum of 30 days sober Demonstrate ability to pay with proof of a stable source of income Cost: Private room $750/month Shared rooms $650/month Cost includes all utilities and free Wifi. Houses are fully-furnished and located in great neighborhoods. Office hours are Monday - Thursday 9:00am to 4:00pm, with interviews by appointment only.
