House of Charity provides Transitional Housing for homeless veterans who are referred through the V.A. Once they move into their residential building, clients have the opportunity to meet regularly with a case manager to identify their needs, set goals, and connect with resources. Client goals typically include education, job training, family reunification, and long-term housing.
Services: Mix of mental health and substance abuse services, Substance abuse treatment, Halfway house, Outpatient
