In collaboration with our Rural Communities Partners across North Carolina, H.O.M.E. embarks on innovative strategies to provide transitional living and vocational career opportunities for justice-involved individuals, seeking to reestablish themselves within communities of their choice.
Re-entering society can feel chaotic and difficult to manage, and these traumatic stressors can cause individuals to recidivate, if proper protocols and opportunities are not aligned .
Their transitional and vocational living sites provide the stability needed to get back on ones feet.
