I lived at Hitchcock center in their 3/4 sober housing area. It was great. I had freedom to come and go. My obligations were weekly house meetings, chores maintain recovery log, agree to drug testing and follow basic rules. 3/4 girls had our own kitchenette, , private rooms. I loved it until I was able to get on my feet again!!es es

Do not get treatment here! All the staff are horrible I promise you. I was there with my two boys that are 8 and 5. They will treat you so nice when you first get there but after they get paid from your insurance company your nothing to them cause they get paid for the whole 30 days up front so kicking you out is what they want so that way they can get someone else in your room so they can get paid for that person. My boys and I were treated awful. Staff does not like seeing anyone happy they will try everything they can to upset you. I even got pulled away from eating my lunch to just get yelled at about how I had peanuts in there. Hitchcock doesn't even test for Covid 19 and they dont disinfect anything in there. Also every window in that place doesn't have screens so there is bugs everywhere like all over the walls, ceiling's, in toilets, in showers,in tubs. They also will lie to your children services case worker and make you sound like you awful and they will lie on you. They also steal medication there. They will mark down that you had taken it when you really haven't so when you go to take it they will say that staff before them already gave it to you. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU THEY BRING YOU DOWN, THEY MADE YOU FEEL WORTHLESS.
