Hannah's Mission To help women - primarily who are homeless - and their children to overcome substance abuse and its by - products of personal neglect, child abuse, unstable employment, health problems, and homelessness. AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES: Services are provided for women and (2) of their children without regard to the client's race, color or creed. Parenting skillsFees are based on each client's ability to pay.No one is refused services because of inability to pay. We accept medical assistance and private insurance. All record are strictly confidential.
