Gift Transitional Home provides transitional housing to males and females 18 years and above who are transitioning from homelessness. Fees are based on a sliding scale range according to income. Mission Statement: The mission of GIFT Transitional Home, Inc. is to serve the needs of low-income homeless citizens of Georgia, those who have substance use disorders, those that may be mentally challenged, dual diagnosed, and those suffering from other life threatening issues, by providing a continuum of care necessay to support an adequate life.
