Transitional Housing Program Requirements
- Must be a homeless family with child(ren) under age 18.
- At least one adult household member must be employed.
- Family must have become homeless while living in Gwinnett County.
- Must not have adequate resources to acquire housing except for the assistance provided by this program.

The impact! Group operates two core divisions that help families in different stages of need.
Impact! Transitional Housing provides subsidized housing and intensive case management to homeless families with children.
The program is designed to give families the skills, time, and resources needed to permanently address the causes of their homelessness.
The impact! Home-ownership Center provides classes and free housing counseling to both homeowners and potential home-buyers.
The HUD-trained housing counselors work with families that are in danger of foreclosure or who are seeking to responsibly buy a home to help them navigate their options.
