Full Life Transitions combines the best in sober living with clinical services provided by masters level clinicians. Residents live at the beautiful Stratford at Hillcrest while receiving clinical services at Full Life Counseling including individual counseling, group counseling, relapse prevention, process group, life skills group. There is a strong focus on 12-step recovery and residents are required to attend meetings, work with a sponsor and be active in the recovery community. They serve both women and men 25 and up coming out of treatment or with at least 30 days of sobriety.
