Hello im writing today because I live in a house that the landlord claims is transitional housing but wont give me info on the case worker or a phone number to confirm. This guy belittles us treats us like crap half the things are broken or breaking, dog poop everywhere and the list goes on. He dont even give us cheaper rent so we can get back on our feet. Well us, he gives cheaper rent to his friends and free to some. He finds his friends jobs but dont help the rest. He punishes us if someone else is dirty even his friends or if they are late on rent he takes our internet but leaves it on for himself and his friends that live cheap or free. I wasnt sent here I looked him up on criags list and he claims all this while discriminating against us. He has called me a "fat ass" im disabled since I was a teen and im not active so of course I will be big. He even called me a loser for being a grown man renting a room. which all his tenants are groan men. This guy needs to be investigated. He also demands cash only for rent which means to me he is hiding it from the IRS. Oh and he brought in a friend to sleep in his corner for free which found out I had a daughter and stalked her. This same friend always complained about he hated having to do sexual favors to the landlord for free rent. We always heard them yelling to each other about it. He cut the house into two parts. One half if junk and the other half has everything. Accounting to Florida landlord and tenant laws he is breaking the law multiable times. PS I dont know if im writing the right people but I would love to know who I contact if this isnt the right people. Like I said this is nothing to a whole list of the things this jerk does.

Looking for 3/4 or 1/2 living in Melbourne or Viera area. Have been in treatment then half-way in Delray Beach, FL. I have received a good job offer in Govt. In Viera. If I take it I want to stay in treatment, OP and AA meetings with a sponsor. I have lived in Brevard all my life and want to come back home. Clean and sober. I am a Christian and long time member at First Baptist of Merritt Island. A Christian 1/2 way or 3/4 run by women would most likely be the best fit for me.
