Two-year Transitional Housing Program for single parent families. Applicants cannot have felonies or past evictions. Residents must participate in three classes per month and two hours of community service per month. Applicants must be either full-time employed or part-time employed while attending school. Applicants must fill out a questionnaire at the Decatur Place then an orientation will be scheduled if they qualify.
