No experience with the Shelter but my family had met a bunch of people who were doing a car wash at a local Gas Station. I asked a couple of questions and they were so happy to hear me and my situation about my son. They gave me a number and explained a little about what the program is about. I cried. It was just so kind of them to help me out.
