Mt. Carmel House is a transitional housing program that provides housing and intensive case management and wrap-around supports to homeless women. An on-site Job Center with computers, printers and internet allows residents, with guidance from staff, to search for and secure employment. Carmel House is a majority self-funded program under Catholic Charities, meaning it depends on the generosity of the community in meeting the needs of the women who come to us.
