New Horizon Living Center offers safe living spaces, counseling, and support to help improve the quality of life for those with mental and physical disabilities, substance abuse addiction and alcoholism.
At NHLC, they are dedicated to providing a clean, safe environment in their sober houses.
Each sober house is led by a house manager who lives among the residents and helps provide structure and guidance.
Each week, there is a required house meeting to make sure any issues that arise are discussed and handled appropriately. This is also a time when residents are given notices and updates if there are any, which helps the houses stay organized.
Each residency is located within walking distance to daily A.A. and N.A. meetings.
