Crestview Recovery was created to help transition adults in recovery from addiction back into the Portland community.
Their program is 90 days long. Services offered are Partial Hospitalization Program, Intensive Outpatient, Outpatient and aftercare services, as well as providing transitional housing to all clients.
Typical length of stay in their housing is 90 days.
Their dedicated Case Management department sets up comprehensive discharge plans for all their clients, including arranging housing services.
Their residential fees start at $600 per month, but we offer sliding scale rates.
Crestview works with most insurance plans to help cover clinical services.
