Counseling and Recovery Center, Inc is a co-occurring treatment facility.
All programs are designed to identify, stabilize, treat and support persons with both mental health and substance abuse diagnoses.
This program receives federal substance abuse prevention and treatment block grant funds and serves people who inject drugs.
This program is therefor federally required to give preference in admitting the following into treatment:
Pregnant injecting drug users, Pregnant drug users, People who inject drugs, woman involved in the child welfare system.
