This organization is the biggest joke. People run around like crazy in these houses without any control. I can even explain how bad it is at these houses. A total disaster.

This so called foundation is money hungry and hypocritical. Gambling is an addiction Howard!!!! The person running this phoney foundation works people and doesnt pay them. He doesnt pay taxes on his employees and pays them under the table without paying unemployment fee's or L and I. He has the electricity in the houses he offers as clean and sober houses turned on in one of the clients names as well as borrows large sums of money from clients that he gambles away. Not a person who should be running a clean and sober house Just saying..

Wow, a dead end street, run by losers. Even their own website, has people complaining about them. A word of caution, any "halfway" or recovery house is full of, and ran by losers, that will do nothing for anyone. Walk out of s.. like this. There are organizations in Tacoma, that will help those wanting to get off the streets, and stay off the streets. You dont need losers like this , helping themselves, to your mis-fortune.

Chase recovery foundation is a joke. I lived there for a while, but it got to be too much. The residents of the houses do drugs and have night floppers in their beds with them at night. The so called "manager" of the houses is a totally rude. She flakes of the tenants and has a bad attitude. The main guy who runs the place raises the rent wherever he needs extra pocket cash after being at the casino all night. Then in the morning we were forced to listen to him preach on about God. The whole program is a joke. It used to be the main guys sisters non profit foundation but her brother took it over and treats the tenants like they are nothing but a paycheck. If you have a grievance with him he will tell you to move out. They think that the landlord tenant rights act doesn't include them, but it really does. The like to call your rent a "donation" so they can illegally kick you out wherever they feel like it. The house was clean. Very clean. But the chase recovery foundation has become very very dirty. Women and children do not need to worry about where they are going to lay their head every night because they have a disagreement with the head honcho. Hypocritical ignorant rude man. Such a good thing gone to waste. Very sorry for the person who started this "foundation". I'd give it negative 5 stars if I could. Do not waste your time or money on this place.

These comments already said it. The place is a joke.

This place is amazing. I have never in my life found such caring and professional people who are themselves in recovery working in transitional housing. Howard payed for me to get into my own place even though it came out of his own pocket. Chase Recovery Foundation followed up with me 3 and 6 months after I successfully completed their program. I am in recovery still, employed and going to nursing school.
