Consists of Emergency Shelters and Permanent Supportive Housing programs. Serves Monroe County residents, both individuals and families, who are homeless. Services include: addiction treatment; mental health clinic; senior services; children and family services; homeless shelters; employment services; refugee resettlement; immigration and citizenship services.
